This week the children worked super hard in all of their lessons and made lots of progress. They did amazing writing about the moon, as it was our topic focus this week and learnt lots of interesting facts. They spent time making rockets too out of 2d paper shapes and 3d shapes using junk modelling.  They used charcoals and chalks to create amazing pictures on black paper showing their superb observational skills and artistic skills as the moons had shades and depth. 

In P.E they continued to practise their gymnastics skills and moved their jumps on to using equipment. They also learnt lots of different types of rolls. 

In Maths they were writing and ordering numbers then learning the concept of the staircase pattern to help them understand that each number gets bigger by one.
