Welcome to our school. At Buxworth Primary School we want children to reach their full potential in physical, intellectual, emotional, aesthetic, social and spiritual growth. 

These are our aims:

• Promote self-confidence and independence whilst respecting and appreciating the needs and differences of others

• Equip children with skills and knowledge necessary to function within the village community as well as within a fast changing world

• Develop lively enquiring minds together with a sense of fun and good humour

• Establish close links between school, parents and the wider community.
