The children had a wonderful week this week. They spent time perfecting their songs and actions for our Christmas Nativity Whoops a Daisy Angel which they performed brilliantly on Thursday morning. Everyone looked amazing, sang beautifully and acted in an outstanding way. I am sure everyone's parents and grandparents were very proud. Mr Kiernan and I were.
In other news they spent time learning how to compose and decompose numbers in Maths and worked with numbers 2 and 3. They thought of lots of different ways they could put the 3 blocks together to make 3.They also showed their skills in cardinality when counting the number of Yetis and clicking on the correct numeral.
In their provision time they enjoyed lots of play and fun activities. Many children especially enjoyed being creative and making things such as horse boxes and flowers. On Thursday they all worked together to make cars out of big boxes. They had such fun decorating and making the cars and showed how much they have come on as a group working together.
Well done Little Conkers on another fantastic week of learning.
