The children have worked so hard this half term, ending it with a spooky invitation story and then writing their own invitations to our own Halloween Party ! They dressed up, played party games and won some prizes. Well done to all the Horse Chestnuts for working so hard this half term!

The Peak Wildlife Park School Trip!

 

We have been learning about the differences between garden and wild plants and the children have been scientific explorers spotting wild plants by our school.

We have been learning about hedgehogs in our woodland theme. The children have made playdough then molded the playdough into hedgehogs. They have also created their own hedgehogs using art straws ! A busy afternoon of art and design!

In Maths the children have been counting in 10s and finding different objects to put into groups of 10

 

Road Satey! We became 'super cats' and learnt about crossing the road safely remembering to 'stop, look, listen, think!'
